‘नवरा असावा तर असा’ कार्यक्रम प्रेक्षकांची मने जिंकत आहे
आजपर्यंत आपण गृहलक्ष्मींना त्यांच्या इच्छापूर्तीसाठी खेळताना बघितलं पण आता पहिल्यांदाच आपल्या लाडक्या गृहलक्ष्मीच्या इच्छा पूर्ण करण्यासाठी त्यांचे नवरे या खेळात भाग घेत आहेत. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन हर्षदा खानविलकर करत आहेत. नुकताच सुरु झालेला हा कार्यक्रम प्रेक्षकांची मने जिंकत आहे. कार्यक्रमामध्ये आलेल्या जोड्या हर्षदा ताईशी मनमोकळे पणे गप्पा मारतात, त्यांच्या कडू-गोड आठवणी, त्यांचा प्रवास सांगतात. प्रेक्षकांनी दिलेल्या पसंती आणि प्रेमानेमुळेच ‘नवरा असावा तर असा‘ या कार्यक्रमाने नुकतेच ५० भाग पूर्ण केले आहेत.
‘नवरा असावा तर असा‘ कार्यक्रमामध्ये बायको नवऱ्यासाठी आव्हान ठरवते आणि नवरा हे आव्हान पूर्ण करतो आणि जो पूर्ण करतो तोच त्या भागाचा विजेता ठरतो. यामध्ये गंमत अशी आहे कि, जिंकतो नवरा आणि बक्षीस मिळते बायकोला. या आगळ्यावेगळ्याने संकल्पनेमुळे हा कार्यक्रम अवघ्या महाराष्ट्राची मने जिंकत आहे.

‘Quarter’ will be Girija Oak – Godbole’s first short film
Having done many TV commercial ads, TV serials and Marathi films, we saw Girija Oak making her Hindi film debut with Aamir Khan’s ‘Tare Zameen Par‘ few years ago. Now, this versatile Marathi actress will be seen in her first short film ‘Quarter‘ which has been made in Marathi and English. Produced by Namrata Bandivadekar and directed by Navjyot Bandivadekar the story and screenplay of this short film is written by Alaap Bhagwat.
Speaking about her role in this short film, Girija Oak said that, “she always wanted to do a short film with a good subject, as it helps to convey the message in a shortest time. And, with ‘Quarter’, it helped her to find a suitable role “. According to her, this role was different and challenging for an actress like her. Director Navjyot reacted stating that for this role in his short film, he was looking for versatile actress and after hearing the script, Girija immediately agreed to work in this film.
‘मन उगाच हासते कशामुळे’ गाण्याला जावेद अलीचे स्वर
जावेद अली ने आत्तापर्यंत अनेक गाण्यांना आपले स्वर दिले आहेत. प्रत्येक गाण्याची एक वेगळीच मेलडी असते जी मी अनुभवली आहे. मात्र ‘मेमरी कार्ड‘ सिनेमातील लव्ह सॉंगने माझ्यासाठी सॉंग ऑफ द इयर असेल. या गाण्याचा मी पुरेपूर आनंद लुटला. प्रितेश कामत आणि मितेश चिंदरकर यांनी दिलेलं संगीत माझ्या काही खास कंपोझिशन्स मध्ये राहील. येत्या २ मार्च रोजी प्रदर्शित होणाऱ्या सिनेमाची मी आतुरतेने वाट पाहतोय.
माझे गुरु आणि संगीतातील आयडियल महोम्मद रफी यांच्या गाण्यांना असलेला गोडवा साधेपणा या दोघांनी नेमके पणाने या गाण्यात उतरविला. प्रेम ही एकमेव भावना जी जगाच्या पाठीवर कायम आणि सारखीच आहे अशी भावना गाण्यात ऐकायची असेल तर प्रितेश-मितेश यांनी लिहिलेलं आणि संगीतबद्ध केलेलं ‘मन उगाच हासते कशामुळे, हृदय ही धडकू लागते कुणामुळे‘!… ‘मेमरी कार्ड‘ सिनेमातील एव्हरग्रीन सॉंग रेकॉर्ड करताना मी सुद्धा जवळपास दोन तास घेतले आणि त्यातील प्रत्येक क्षण माझ्या मेमरी कार्ड मध्ये सेव्ह करून घेतला.
सरस्वती मालिकेमध्ये सरस्वती आणि दुर्गा येणार समोरासमोर
‘सरस्वती‘ मालिकेमध्ये गेल्या काही दिवसांमध्ये बऱ्याच घटना घडल्या. सरस्वती – राघवची भेट होताता राहण, भुजंगच सरस्वती आणि देवाशिषचे लग्नं होत असतानाचं मोठं नाटकं रचण. मग सरस्वतीचे वाड्यामध्ये भुजंगची पत्नी म्हणून जाणं. हि सगळी खेळी भुजंग अगदी सफाईदार पणे खेळत आला आहे. आता येणाऱ्या काही भागांमध्ये प्रेक्षकांना सरस्वती आणि मोठ्या मालकांमधील प्रेमाचे काही क्षण बघता येणार आहेत. मोठे मालक म्हणजेच राघव जसे सरस्वतीवर प्रेम करायचा, तिची काळजी घ्यायचा हे सगळ पुन्हाएकदा घडणार आहे.
‘सरस्वती‘ मालिकेमध्ये या आठवड्यामध्ये राघव सरस्वतीला इस्पितळातमध्ये घेऊन जाणार आहे. पण, राघव अनभिज्ञ आहे कि, तो दुर्गाला नाही तर सरस्वतीलाच इस्पितळात घेऊन जातो आहे. जिथे त्याला हे सत्य कळणार आहे कि, सरस्वती आता फक्त काही महिनेच आपल्यासोबत असणार आहे, जे ऐकून राघव पूर्णपणे खचून जाणार आहे. सरस्वती खूप मोठ्या प्रश्नात आहे कि, राघव तिची इतकी सेवा, काळजी का करत आहे ? तिला कुंकू लावणे, खाऊ घालणे.
Sangli Cop quits his job to play lead role in Marathi film
We have seen Doctors, Engineers, Bankmen quitting their jobs to work in Marathi films. In the recent past the quality of Marathi cinema has improved a lot, with many films receiving national and international film awards besides receiving appreciation from audience all over the world. Today, acting is also looked upon as a new career by youngsters, who undergo training to find roles in television serial and films. Some prefer Marathi plays as stepping stone to begin their acting career.
For those who are passionate about acting, they come to Mumbai to try their luck in films. Shrikant Patil from Sangli is one of them. He came to Mumbai after quitting his job as a Police Constable. In fact, Shrikant was to receive his promotion as Sub Inspector. But, having made up his mind he quit his job to turn towards acting profession. Being tall and handsome, he found lead role in forthcoming Marathi film ‘Gavthi‘ which is directed by Anandkumar, who has worked as assistant to Remo D’Souza for the past fifteen years.
During the first song release of ‘Gavthi‘ film, Shrikant Patil invited all the attention of the invitees present on the occasion. Even the chief guest Remo D’Souza, who had watched the trial show of this film, was all praise for his performance. Coming through hard times, Shrikant had to take up job, to look after his family, as his father passed away untimely. But, soon after his brother got a job, he took this decision to turn towards acting. So, after Sai Tamhankar, here is one more actor from Sangli to get noticed after the release of this film soon.
‘Aamhi Doghi’ set for release on 23rd February
With the coming together of two talented actresses Mukta Barve and Priya Bapat , the film ‘Aamhi Doghi‘ has created a lot of buzz on social networking sites. Moreover, this being the debut of Pratima Joshi as director has also raised expectations from this film, which is presented by Sanjay Chhabria’s Everest Entertainment, the presenter of many quality Marathi films like ‘Mee Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy‘, ‘Tukaram‘, ‘Happy Journey‘ , ‘Aajcha Divas Majha‘, ‘Happy Journey‘, ‘Time Please‘, ‘Mumbai Pune Mumbai-2‘ and ‘Coffee Aani Barach Kahi‘ . The film is produced by Pooja Chhabria. Recently, press conference was called by the makers of this film to announce the release date as 23rd February 2018, in presence of artistes, director and presenters of the film.
Story of ‘Aamhi Doghi‘ film is based on the story of renowned writer Late Gauri Deshpande and the screenplay and dialogues are written by Bhagyashree Jadhav. Speaking on the occasion, director Pratima Joshi said that she was confident about her film’s subject, as it will emotionally relate to many young girls and their relationship with their near and dear ones. Besides Mukta and Priya playing the central characters, the film also stars Bhushan Pradhan, Aarti Vadgabalkar , Kiran Karmarkar and Prasad Barve in lead roles.
Viacom18 Motion Pictures announce their next Marathi film ‘Cycle’
Hrishikesh Joshi, Priyadarshan Jadhav and Bhalchandra Kadam together can make a very good team . Perhaps, keeping this in mind, director Prakash Kunte has brought them together, in his next Marathi film ‘Cycle‘. Incidentally, this is the next Marathi film to be presented by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, who have just released their much talked about Marathi film ‘Aapla Manus‘.
‘Cycle‘ is produced by Happy Mind Entertainment in association with MFA & Think Why Not, takes you back in the post-Independence era of India, to a small village in picturesque Konkan. This so called light-hearted film presents a unique story, where the protagonist ‘Keshav’ has an intense love affair with his Cycle. The film is penned by Aditi Moghe, who hqas written films like ‘Coffee Aani Barach Kahi‘ and ‘Hampi‘.

Marathi film ‘Tapku’ to highlight the subject of child trafficking
The practice of illegally procuring and relocating children, typically for the purposes of forced labour or sexual exploitation has always been the big social problem in our country. Now, Pune born Anusik Pagare will be directing a Marathi film ‘Tapku‘ on this subject under the banner of Atharvi Creations and Ameya Productions. Shooting of this film has already begun at Swati Bungalow in Vasai, off. Mumbai and soon the outdoor shooting of this film will continue at Nala Sopara and Palghar.
Anusik, who has done his graduation from Fergusson College , Pune has done his specialisation in film making from FTII, Pune. Father of two daughters, Anusik always wanted to make a film on this subject to save little children from the trap of child traffickers. The film ‘Tapku‘ will be released next year i.e. in 2019 and stars Deepshikha Nagpal, Milind Gunaji, Virendra Saxena, Goraksha Sakpal & Kauravaki Vashistha in lead roles. One more actor will also be selected among lead characters and the choice will be made between Prathamesh Parab or Parth Bhalerao.
Remo D’Souza launches song of Marathi film ‘Gavthi’
The physical presence of ace choreographer Remo D’Souza as guest of honour for the song launch of Marathi film ‘Gavthi‘ at Mumbai’s JW Marriott invited all the attention of invitees on Wednesday evening. The celebrity choreographer not only wished his 15 year long assistant Anandkumar , the director of this film, but also shook his legs along artistes of this film during the live performance of the song on this occasion.
‘Gavthi‘ which stars newcomers Shrikant Patil and Yogita Chavan is produced by R.Sivakumar, who has also written the story of this film. Speaking on the occasion, director Anandkumar recalled his strong bonding and association with Mr. Remo D’Souza and thanked him for giving him an opportunity to assist him in the past. He clearly indicated that Making this film was almost like a tribute to his mentor. Reciprocating , Mr. Remo called Anandkumar alias Anddy, a humble and hard working person. He admitted having seen the trial of this film and was all praise for Anddy’s work. Remo also praised the two newcomers for their performance in the film.
The film’s music is composed by Ashwin Bhandare & Shreyas Angane, while cinematography is by ‘Natasamrat‘ fame Ajit Reddy. The other two artistes of the film Nagesh Bhosale, Vandana Waknis were also present along with Pickle Entertainment’s Sameer Dixit and Hrishikesh Bhirangi, who have come forward to market this film. The film also stars Kishore Kadam, Kushal Badrike, Ankur Vadhave, Pankaj Vishnu and Sadanand Yadav.
