मोनालिसाने ‘सुजाता’ नावाच्या मुलीची भूमिका साकारली आहे. तिच्यासोबत सैराट फेम अभिनेता तानाजी गालगुंडे देखील सिनेमात दिसणार आहे. मोनालिसाचा नवा सिनेमा, या सिनेमाची नवीन जोडी, नवी गोष्ट यामुळे सिनेमाप्रती प्रेक्षकांची उत्सुकता वाढली आहे आणि त्यांनी सोशल मीडियाच्या माध्यमातून त्यांच्या प्रतिक्रिया देखील कळवल्या आहेत.

‘Chhatrapati Tararani’ to present the brave warrior princess of Maratha Empire
Chhatrapati Maharani Tararani Bhosale played an important role as a brave warrior princess in Maharashtra’s history, to carry forward the dream of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj about India’s independence movement. Wife of Chhatrapati Rajaram Bhosale and daughter of Hambirrao Mohite ,the chief military commander of Shivaji Maharaj army, Mahararani Tarabai proved herself as not only an ideal mother, wife and daughter in law; but also as an efficient administrator while countering the Mughals. As the regent, she had taken charge of the war against Aurangzeb’s forces.
Now, a Marathi film on the life of Maharani Tarabai, suitably titled ‘Chhatrapati Tararani’ has been announced, which is based on her biography ‘Moghulmardini Mahararani tarabai’ penned by Dr. Jaisinghrao Pawar. To be directed by Rahul Janardan Jadhav, the film stars Sonalee in the title role. The screenplay and dialogues of this film are written by Dr. Sudhir Nikam, while Avadhoot Gupte will provide the music for this film. The shooting of this film will begin soon.
Pooja- Gashmir to star in ‘Love U Mitra’
Producer Varun Bagla and director Mansi Bagla have announced their debut Marathi film ‘Love U Mitra’ with the release of this film’s poster. ‘Love U Mitra’ stars gorgeous Pooja Sawant and dashing Gashmeer Mahajani in the lead roles. Though this is the first film of Baglas, they have a team of all the experienced people with them. According to the makers, this film will give a new outlook towards love and is very relevant to the new generation. The shooting of this film will begin soon.
Though the names of the lead pair have been announced, the name of the third important artist in the film’s cast has not been disclosed yet. And therefore, it has raised a lot of curiosity about this artist among the Marathi film lovers. The makers of the film say that the kind of subject dealt in this film is being handled for the first time. Actress Pooja Sawant is very excited to do this film and has wished director Mansi, ‘all the best!’.

Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Email Female’ made by husband and wife combination of writer Bhakti Jadhav and director Yogesh Jadhav is all set to release on 26th February 2021. Their real life chemistry will be seen on screen through this film. The story of this film deals with social media and the pros and cons of it on the users.

Sai and Lalit to make this monsoon ‘Colorful’
After experiencing a long period of lockdown, now there seems to be some hope for Marathi filmmakers. Few months ago, producers Manasi and Munna Shakul had announced their first Marathi film ‘Colorphool’ starring Sai Tamhankar and Lalit Prabhakar in the lead.
Now, they have released a beautiful poster of this film, showing the lead pair sitting on a stair case in a romantic mood. Both of them have planted a flower each on top of their ears. And, this surely invites the attention of film lovers, who are eagerly waiting for the release of this film.
Directed by Prakash Kunte this film will be released on 2nd July 2021. The film is produced under the banner of Manasi’s Yantra Pictures , Shakul’s Showbiz Entertainment and Everest Entertainment. Both Manasi and Shakul are planning to producer more Marathi, Hindi and Gujarathi films in near future.
‘Rajkumar’ – an intense love story to be released on 23rd April
In the year 2018, Marathi film lovers witnessed a different type of love story of Baban and Komal through the film ‘Baban’, starring Bhausaheb Shinde and Gayatri Jadhav. The film was well appreciated by film lovers. Now, the same pair will be seen together in forthcoming Marathi film ‘Rajkumar’ which is supposed to be an intense love story.
‘Rajkumar‘ was to be released in the year 2020, but due to spread of corona virus and subsequent closure of cinema halls, the makers have decided to release this film now on 23rd April 2021. Directed by Samarth Raj Ediga and produced under the banner of SRF Productions, the story and more details of this film are still kept in abeyance. However, the poster of this film released recently, gives some idea about this film. His film ‘8 Don 75 ; Fakta Icchashakti’ is already in news for its unique title. Now, there is one more highlight of this film. The film will introduce 14 newcomers through this film, besides its strong star cast comprising of Shubhankar Tawde, Sanskruti Balgude, Sharvani Pillai, Sanjay Mone, Anand Ingale, Radhika Harshe – Vidyasagar, Ashwini Kulkarni, Vijay Patwardhan, Chinmay Sant & Dr. Nikhil Rajeshirke, with Pushkar Shrotri in guest appearance.
