‘Email Female’ all set to release on 26th February
Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Email Female’ made by husband and wife combination of writer Bhakti Jadhav and director Yogesh Jadhav is all set to release on 26th February 2021. Their real life chemistry will be seen on screen through this film. The story of this film deals with social media and the pros and cons of it on the users.
This film stars Nikhil Ratnaparkhi, Vikram Gokhale, Vijay Patkar, Deepti Bhagwat, Kanchan Pagare, Prajakta Shinde, Sunil Godbole, Kamalesh Sawant, Pratiksha Jadhav, Shweta Pardeshi and child artiste Maithili Patwardhan. Sai and Lalit to make this monsoon ‘Colorful’
After experiencing a long period of lockdown, now there seems to be some hope for Marathi filmmakers. Few months ago, producers Manasi and Munna Shakul had announced their first Marathi film ‘Colorphool’ starring Sai Tamhankar and Lalit Prabhakar in the lead.
Now, they have released a beautiful poster of this film, showing the lead pair sitting on a stair case in a romantic mood. Both of them have planted a flower each on top of their ears. And, this surely invites the attention of film lovers, who are eagerly waiting for the release of this film.
Directed by Prakash Kunte this film will be released on 2nd July 2021. The film is produced under the banner of Manasi’s Yantra Pictures , Shakul’s Showbiz Entertainment and Everest Entertainment. Both Manasi and Shakul are planning to producer more Marathi, Hindi and Gujarathi films in near future.
‘Rajkumar’ – an intense love story to be released on 23rd April
In the year 2018, Marathi film lovers witnessed a different type of love story of Baban and Komal through the film ‘Baban’, starring Bhausaheb Shinde and Gayatri Jadhav. The film was well appreciated by film lovers. Now, the same pair will be seen together in forthcoming Marathi film ‘Rajkumar’ which is supposed to be an intense love story.
‘Rajkumar‘ was to be released in the year 2020, but due to spread of corona virus and subsequent closure of cinema halls, the makers have decided to release this film now on 23rd April 2021. Directed by Samarth Raj Ediga and produced under the banner of SRF Productions, the story and more details of this film are still kept in abeyance. However, the poster of this film released recently, gives some idea about this film. Besides the lead pair, the film also stars Praveen Vitthal Tarde, Devika Daftardar, Shrinivas Pokale & Archana Joyce who will be making her debut in Marathi.
Sushrut Bhagwat completes shooting of his film ‘8 Don 75′
His film ‘8 Don 75 ; Fakta Icchashakti’ is already in news for its unique title. Now, there is one more highlight of this film. The film will introduce 14 newcomers through this film, besides its strong star cast comprising of Shubhankar Tawde, Sanskruti Balgude, Sharvani Pillai, Sanjay Mone, Anand Ingale, Radhika Harshe – Vidyasagar, Ashwini Kulkarni, Vijay Patwardhan, Chinmay Sant & Dr. Nikhil Rajeshirke, with Pushkar Shrotri in guest appearance.

‘Hero Sarpanch’ song brings Avadhoot and Aadarsh together
During the long period of lockdown due to spread of Corona virus, many people came forward to work as corona warriors. In this service the Sarpanch and Deputy Sarpanch of many villages in Maharashtra also played an important role to fight this battle with corona. Some of the ex- Sarpanch also contributed for this cause. To pay tributes to their work during this crucial period, The Maharashtra Rajya Sarpanch Parishad have presented a song which is penned by none other than the president of this Parishad Mr. Navnath Kakade.
The song titled ‘Hero Sarpanch’ is a western style song which has the wordings ‘Aamcha Sarpanch Hero la Padlay Bhari..’ . The song praises the role of Sarpanch in this fight against corona . Recently, the leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Vidhan Parishad Mr. Praveen Darekar released this song in a ceremony in Mumbai. This song is composed by Avadhoot Gupte and for the first time Avadhoot Gupte and Aadarsh Shinde have rendered their voices together for this song. Cinematography is by Prathamesh Rangole.
Upendra in the new role of Singer and musician
Known for his graceful voice delivered through his dialogue deliveries in various films, actor Upendra Limaye has made a place in the hearts of his several fans. Upcoming Marathi film ‘Salman Society’s dubbing has been completed recently. This film is director by debutant director Kailash Kashinath Pawar . With the tagline ‘Padhega India to Badhega India’ this film is a commentary on topics of child education.
