या ‘सुपरफास्ट कॅामेडी एक्सप्रेस्’ ची सूत्रं सांभाळणार आहे, रसिकांचा लाडका, अष्टपैलू अभिनेता सुमीत राघवन. हिंदी चित्रपट, मालिका तसंच नाटकाच्या मंचावरून आजवर सुमीतने रसिकांची मनं काबीज केलीयत. यापूर्वी मराठी टेलिव्हिजन वर सोहळ्यांचा सूत्रसंचालक म्हणूनही तो रसिकांच्या भेटीला आला होता. मात्र एखाद्या मराठी शो चा सलग सूत्रसंचालक म्हणून या शो द्वारे कार्यक्रमाची एकहाती धुरा सुमीत पहिल्यांदाच सांभाळणार आहे.
या कार्यक्रमाची निर्मिती संहिता क्रिएशन्स करत असून आशिष पाथरे याने या शोचं लेखन, दिग्दर्शन सांभाळणार आहे.
Grand inauguration of Planet Marathi office
Last year we had heard about the announcement of new Marathi OTT platform with some big names getting associated with the founder Akshay Bardapurkar. Initially, Pushkar Shrotri and Aditya Oak became partners. Later, media man Amit Bhandari also joined them with Oscar Jury Ujwal Nirgudkar. Now, we understand that Vistas Capital Entertainment Company from Singapore has also shown interest to work with Planet Marathi; which is a big news. Recently, the new office of Planet Marathi was inaugurated at Andheri east, in presence of founder members and special guests.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Akshay Bardapurkar said, “When we begin our operations, Marathi filmlovers all over the world, will be able to enjoy the first day first show of Marathi films sitting at home along with their family members. This will also help Marathi films to reach out to maximum people.” Many prominent artistes from Marathi film industry were present to grace this occasion. Among them were, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Mrunal Kulkarni, Amruta Khanvilkar, Tejaswini Pandit, Swapnil Joshi, Shruti Marathe, Gaurav Ghatnekar, Sayali Sanjeev, Gayatri Datar, Neha Pendse, Manva Naik, Swapna Waghmare Joshi, Sonali Khare, Adinath Kothare, Suvrat Joshi, Shivani Bavkar, Aroh Velankar, Subhash Desai, Swapnil Godbole & Amit Phalke.

Samarthak Shinde makes his entry into Music field with song launch
New Marathi Singer Samarthak Shinde has made his grand entry into music field with his song launch. Samarthak has played a dual role as a singer and music director for this song ‘Karavali’ which is launched by Saptasur Music. The song with humor filled lyrics ‘ Ya Navarachi Karavali Lai Gori….’is expected to be hit at wedding ceremonies.
This ‘Karavali’ song produced by Sainath Rajadhyaksha has been released on ‘Saptasur Music Youtube channel. This channel has launched six songs during past five months on their channel which is presently having seven thousand subscribers. Artistes like Urmila Jagtap, Hrishikesh Zagade, Abhishek Ghag, Sunil Jadhav, Ganesh Khade have participated in this song. Lyrics by Haridas Kad and choreography by Santosh Bhangre are the other credits of this song.
Zee Studios begin shooting of ‘Pandu’
Year seems to be looking good for cinema, as Marathi film industry is also gearing up with new launch and shootings, after a 10 month long break due to spread of corona virus. Zee Studios have also began shooting of their film ‘Pandu’ in Mumbai. According to the makers, the film has a good star cast, which is all set to entertain the Marathi film lovers. ‘Pandu’ is being directed by Viju Mane.
According to Mangesh Kulkarni, Business head of Zee Talkies Marathi Films Division, they have decided to begin this new year with the shooting of this comedy film. “During the lockdown, we have already completed one film and therefore we wish to present films with different genres during this new year and we hope the big screen will be ready to welcome these films.”
Director Viju Mane said, “I have now realised that to laugh and to make others laugh, is the best healthy business and therefore I have decided to adopt this practice not only this year but in the years to come.” The star cast of this film has not been disclosed yet and therefore there is a lot of curiosity about it.
Teaser Poster of ‘Hari Om’ dedicated to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is like a God to people in Maharashtra. His name is taken with due respect not only in India but across the world. Research Scholars come to India to study the history of this Great Maratha King. Many film makers have used his bravery acts through their films till date. Now, makers of the Marathi film ‘Hari Om’ also released the teaser poster of their film, dedicating it to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In the poster of this film released, they have shown two strong young men facing the statue of Shivaji Maharaj on the backdrop of a fort. On their backs are drawn tattoos with words ‘Jai Jagadamb’ and ‘Jai Durge’ respectively.
The poster of this film clearly indicates that it will be an action film. But, according to the makers it will also be a family film. Producer HariOm Ghadge and director Asish Nevalkar say, “There are many important happenings about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj which inspire each one of us. For us , he is like God. Therefore, our first film is dedicated to him. On the occasion of release of teaser poster, we have therefore paid tributes to this great warrior.” The producer of this film has also decided to renovate the memorial of Tanaji Malusare, the brave military assistant of Shivaji Maharaj. He has also performed the Bhumi Pujan for the same.
Made under the banner of Sri Hari Studios, ‘Hari Om’ will be released soon. But, the detailed information about this film, is not yet disclosed.

कलर्स मराठीवरील शुभमंगल ऑनलाईन मालिका सुरू होण्याआधी बरीच चर्चेत होती. मालिकेचा विषय खूपच वेगळा, सुयश – सायलीची जोडी देखील पहिल्यांदाच प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीस होणार होती, सुकन्या कुलकर्णी मोने या देखील कलर्स मराठीवर परतणार होत्या.

‘Email Female’ to release on 26th February
Produced by Shailesh Kote, Manish Patel, Swapnil Vengurlekar, presented by S.M. Balaji Films Productions and directed by Yogesh Jadhav, forthcoming Marathi film ‘Email Female’ is all set to release next month on 26th February 2021. Announcement to this effect has been officially made by the makers with the release of film’s poster.
Social media is playing a very important role today in the lives of people, whether young or old. The film presents the story of one such middle class person Shantanu who falls a victim to social media. According to the makers of this film, they have tried to show both good and bad things about the social media. In short, there will be a lot of entertainment, according to them. And therefore, they have called it a ‘bold- cold family comedy’, which will make you shiver also in summer’. This is what they have highlighted on the poster of this film.
The film stars Nikhil Ratnaparkhi along with Vikram Gokhale, Vijay Patkar, Deepti Bhagwat, Kanchan Pagare, Sunil Godbole, Kamalesh Sawant, Pratiksha Jadhav, Shweta Pardeshi and child artiste Maithili Patwardhan. ‘बस्ता’ २९ जानेवारीला झीप्लेक्स वर प्रदर्शित
लग्न म्हटलं, की बस्त्याची खरेदी स्वाभाविकपणे येते. बस्त्याची खरेदी ही एक गंमतीशीर गोष्ट असते. श्री गणेश मार्केटिंग अँड फिल्मस् प्रस्तुत, सुनील फडतरे आणि वर्षा मुकेश पाटील यांनी ‘बस्ता’ चित्रपटाची निर्मिती केली आहे. तानाजी घाडगे चित्रपटाचे दिग्दर्शक आहेत. अरविंद जगताप यांनी चित्रपटाचं लेखन केलं आहे. मंगेश कांगणे आणि शंकर पवार यांनी गीतलेखन, संतोष मुळेकर यांनी संगीत दिग्दर्शन केलं आहे. चित्रपटात सायली संजीव, अक्षय टांकसाळे, पार्थ भालेराव, सुरज पवार, अरबाज शेख, पल्लवी पाटील अशी उत्तम स्टारकास्ट आहे.

New Marathi film ‘Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey’ announced
For the past few years we find a new trend being set for naming Hindi titles for Marathi films. And the latest addition is ‘Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey’ which is being produced by music director Manan Shahwho is nephew of popular Bollywood film maker Vipul Amrutlal Shah, under his banner Ace Entertainment. This film will be directed by Vihan Suryavanshi, who is also directing Rohit Shetty’s much talked about Marathi film ‘School College aani Life’.
According to the makers, ‘Roop Nagar Ke Cheete’ will be a fascinating journey of two protagonist childhood friends and their contrasting lives in two different cities, after an incident that changes their lives forever. The makers also feel that the relevance of this title would be very well known and understood by the viewers, when they see this film in cinema halls. Actually, this title is derived from 1990s popular dialogue from a Hindi film, “Hum Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey hain, Shikhar Par hi Jeete hai’.
Mitali Mayekar and Suyash Tilak to star in ‘Hashtag Prem’
Love stories have played a very important role in films, over the years. What we have noticed is the different flavor of each one of these films. The forthcoming Marathi film ‘Hashtag Prem’ is also promising a different progressive love story, which indicates through its unusual title which is very much connected with today’s youngsters.
Produced by debutant producer Anil Govind Patil under the banner of Mauli Film Production, the film ‘Hashtag Prem’ is all set to be distributed soon, with the painstaking efforts taken by the distributor – duo Sameer Dixit and Hrishikesh Bhirangi of Pickle Entertainment. This film is directed by Rajesh Jadhav .
The makers of this film feel that the young star pair (Mitali Mayekar & Suyash Tilak) will be the main attraction of their zestful film , which also has a story which has not yet been told hitherto on the silver screen. The story and the screenplay of the film has been penned by Nikhil Katare while leading music director of the decade Praveen Kuwar has composed the music for this film. While Ashish Patil has choreographed the dances in the film, with the art direction by Keshav Thakur. Raja Phadtare has cranked the camera for the film while, Mahesh Bharambe has worked as the Executive Producer of the film. ‘Hashtag Prem’ is slated for release all over Maharashtra very shortly.
