‘६ व्या अंबरनाथ मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सवाची’ घोषणा
‘अंबरनाथ मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सव’ हा नगरपालिका क्षेत्रामध्ये सलग ५ वर्षे आयोजित केला गेलेला हा एकमेव चित्रपट महोत्सव असून मराठी मनोरंजन सृष्टीमध्ये या महोत्सवाने मानाचे स्थान प्राप्त केले आहे. २०२० मध्ये निर्मिती झालेले प्रदर्शित/ अप्रदर्शित मराठी चित्रपट या महोत्सवासाठी पात्र असतील व त्यांचे परिक्षण झाल्यावर नामांकन यादी जाहीर करण्यात येईल. सर्वसाधारण निकषांसोबतच चित्रपट निर्मितीशी निगडित विविध तंत्रज्ञांचा समावेशही पुरस्कार नामांकनांमध्ये केला जातो. या संदर्भात चित्रपटसृष्टीमध्ये आपलं संपूर्ण आयुष्य व्यतीत करणाऱ्या ‘स्पॉट दादांचा‘ सन्मान हे या महोत्सवाचे मुख्य वैशिष्ट्य आहे.
यावर्षीचा अंबरनाथ मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सव हा ‘कोविड नियम संकेतानुसार’ आयोजित करण्यात येत आहे.दरवर्षीप्रमाणेच मराठी मनोरंजन सृष्टीतील नामवंत कलाकारांच्या उपस्थितीमध्ये सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम सादरीकरण होणार आहे.

Poster of new film ‘Preetam’ unveiled
The month of February is known for celebration of Valentines Day and therefore has special significance for young lovers. To celebrate the occasion this year, new Marathi film ‘Preetam’ is all set to release on 19th February 2021.
Recently, the poster of this film was unveiled by Wizard Productions. The film is directed by Ad film maker Sijo Rocky. As suggested through the title this film is about the journey of love. It also offers a message ‘Love is not to be revealed, it is to be in built.’
Set on the backdrop of picturesque Konkan, this love story stars fresh pair of Pranav Raorane and Nakshatra Medhekar along with Upendra Limaye, Ajit Deole, Vishwajeet Palav, Sameer Khandekar, Abha Velankar, Shivraj Walvekar, Asmita Khatkhate, Nayan jadhav and Ananda karekar. Highlight of this film is a love song rendered by Shankar Mahadevan which will be released on the auspicious day of Makar Sankranti, i.e. Thursday 14th February 2021. Music by Vishwajeet CT and cinematography by Om Narayan are the other credits.

12 जानेवारी राष्ट्रमाता जिजाऊ माँ साहेबांची जयंती. त्या निमित्ताने स्वराज्यजननी जिजामाता मालिकेच्या सेटवर वृक्षारोपण करण्यात आले. स्वराज्यजननी जिजामाता मालिकेच्या टीमने 150 रोपटी लावली. या कार्यक्रमाला डॉ. अमोल कोल्हे, नीना कुळकर्णी आणि सयाजी शिंदे हे उपस्थित होते.
शिवजयंती निमित्ताने शिरूर येथे बायोडायव्हर्सिटी प्लांटची उभारणी करणार असल्याचे डॉ. कोल्हेनी या वेळी सांगितलं. शिवभक्तांबरोबर या वृक्षारोपणाची हिरवी मशाल, या वृक्षारोपणाचा विचार घेऊन या वेळी शिवनेरीवर देखील जाऊ असंही ते म्हणाले.जिजाऊ माँ साहेबांच्या जयंती निमित्त मी सगळ्यांना हे आव्हान करतो की झाडांना पण एखाद्या सेलिब्रिटीप्रमाणे मान द्या तरच लोक त्यांना जपतील.
Mahesh Kothare is all praise for organisers of ‘Gulf Cine Fest 2021′
Mr. Sachin Katarnawre the organiser of ‘Gulf Cine Fest 2021′ through 5 G International has welcomed the new year 2021 to get ready for this much talked about event in Dubai. The fest is being organised this year to entertain the film lovers in Gulf region by offering Marathi film premieres and also trailers , promos of songs etc. of some Marathi films as part of promotion.
A small ceremony was arranged recently by the organisers to interact with the invitees comprising of Marathi film producers, directors and representatives of some companies. It was decided to reschedule the festival dates, which was originally scheduled to be held between January 20- 23rd , 2021. The fresh dates will be announced soon. Film maker Mahesh Kothare who was also present to unveil the logo of this fest, offered all the support to the organisers and was all praise for their efforts in organising this festival.

Producer & Director Aparana Hosing unveiled Poster of ‘Kaanbhatt’
Acclaimed producer of Bollywood cinema, Aparana S Hosing is all set to take the audience on a roller coaster ride with his debut Marathi film ‘Kaanbhatt’. Recently, the filmmaker unveiled the first look of her upcoming film and it is every bit intriguing. The poster of ‘Kaanbhatt’ had a surprise element as the lead actor Bhavya Shinde stunned everyone with his look.
The brightly coloured Motion poster features an actor Bhavya Shinde who can be seen standing in front of Temple and Floating Ganga River as priest opposite Rugved Mule. The film is touted to be a story of a young boy about his dream and desire but destiny has something else for him for which he went on a different path. The story depicts the relationship between Ved and Science. However, it is just a wild guess and fans have to wait until the trailer comes out.

‘सुंदरा मनामध्ये भरली’ मालिकेतील अभिमन्यू आणि लतिका यांची जोडी प्रेक्षकांच्या पसंतीस

New Marathi film ‘Jaggu Aani Juliet’ to be shot in Europe
The makers of the Marathi film ‘Mulshi Pattern’ read review, Puneet Balan Studios are all set to make their new Marathi film ‘Jaggu Aani Juliet’. To be directed by Cinematographer turned director Mahesh Limaye, the music of this film is to be provided by Ajay Atul. The makers propose to shoot 90% of their film at different picturesque locations in Europe. The poster of this film was released recently on social media, thus generating a lot of interest among the Marathi film lovers.
According to producer Puneet Balan, they propose to release this film around 2021 Diwali to offer wholesome entertainment which is a ‘story of soulmate…’ to the film lovers. During the lock down period in 2020 their team comprising of himself, director Mahesh Limaye and music directors Ajay Atul produced three short films to offer social message and all three of them received very good response not only in Maharashtra but across the globe. One of these short films, ‘Aashechi Roshnai’ received awards at many international film festivals. So obviously, there are big expectations from this team for their film ‘Jaggu Aani Juliet’.
AjinkyaTheMovie Twitter Handle receives good response
We are all aware of the problems faced by farmers and steps taken by the Government in their interest. At the same time we are finding protests by farmers from some regions on their issues. Last year a Marathi film titled ‘Ajinkya’ a story of one young farmer was to be released. But, due to lockdown the release of this film was postponed. Co Produced by Neeraj Anand, the twitter handle of this film # AjinkyaTheMovie has been receiving good response. Moreover the video on Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decisions taken in the interest of the farmers has also received overwhelming response.
According to Producer Neeraj Anand the title role of Ajinkya played by Bhushan Pradhan in this film is just not a character but a protagonist who will inspire and connect with the audience. And this will also help the farmers. He feels that this character of Ajinkya relates to the decisions taken by the prime Minister to benefit the farmers. And therefore, with the kind of response received by his twitter handle, he is confident that the timely release of this film in cinema halls will receive good response .
